Translate concepts and project requirements into detailed, construction-ready drawings. Work alongside our design and operations teams to bring plans from vision to permit to build.
Own the interior vision of RISTRA’s spec homes, model homes, and custom builds — color palettes, material selections, finishes, and the renderings that let a buyer see the home before it exists. You’ll see your work through from first rendering to the finished home.
Oversee warranty and quality control across RISTRA’s builder brands. This role handles complex construction assessments, manages trade performance and scheduling standards, works alongside the Warranty Coordinator, and supervises QC inspections from pre-drywall through pre-closing.
Reports to the Director of Operations.
Own the integrity of every RISTRA agreement — with buyers, trade partners, vendors, and municipalities. You’ll make sure the documented record matches what was actually built, sold, and promised, and that no commitment reaches the field without a signed document behind it. The record is the job, and the company runs on getting it right.
Support our insulation General Manager with the daily operations of our spray foam division. Coordinate schedules, assist with job logistics, communicate with field crews, and help keep every job running on time and on standard. This role requires someone who can keep up in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership of what’s in front of them.
